Gail's Story

“I can breathe easier, I can smell again, and food tastes so much better!”

Gail has been smoke free for 27 years! When her son was three years old, he asked her why she smoked if it made her cough. Gail did not have an answer for him so she decided to quit. She found it very helpful to keep herself distracted and staying busy. Every time she felt like she wanted a cigarette she would play darts. Gail has some advice to give people who are going to quit smoking: “Set your heart and mind on quitting, because if you don’t, you won’t succeed. Don’t Give Up!”
